Return, Replacement & Refund Policy
At Flayrr, every product is made with care and quality checks before dispatch. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for size issues, change of mind, incorrect ordering, or personal preferences.
Damaged Products
A return or replacement request will only be accepted if the product arrives damaged during transit.
To be eligible, customers must provide:
- An uncut unboxing video starting from the sealed package.
- The video must clearly show:
- The shipping label on the package.
- The package being opened.
- The product inside.
- The damage or defect.
- The entire process must be recorded in one continuous, unedited video.
Requests submitted without a valid uncut unboxing video will not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.
Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by emailing flayrrclub@gmail.com.
Wrong Product Received
If you receive a product different from the one ordered, you may request an exchange.
To be eligible, customers must provide:
- An uncut unboxing video as described above.
- Clear photos of the product received.
Once verified, Flayrr will arrange a replacement for the correct product at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be accepted for:
- Incorrect size ordered by the customer.
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Color or design preference changes.
- Minor color variations caused by screen settings.
- Products damaged after delivery.
- Requests submitted without an uncut unboxing video.
- Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or used.
Refunds
Refunds will only be issued in cases where:
- A damaged product claim is verified and a replacement cannot be provided.
- A wrong product claim is verified and the correct product is unavailable.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
